Information, Ticketing, & Registration logoAbout Us

Patrons of Morale, Welfare and Recreation can save substantially on their vacation lodging expenses. The only requirement is that reservations be made through an Information, Ticketing & Registration (ITR) office, or directly with vendors featured on the Army’s leisure travel web site, offdutytravel.com. These special rates have been negotiated by the United States Army Community and Family Support Center (CFSC) on behalf of the military communities and are offered for a growing number of getaway destinations located throughout the United States.
These special rates are available to all members of the military communities, including active and retired military, members of the National Guard and Active Reserve, DoD civilian employees, and family members.

The list of properties offering special rates grows each week. The Armed Forces Vacation Club has been one of the most used of the CFSC leisure travel lodging programs. For a cost of only $264 (effecive Jan. 1), users can reserve a resort condominium for seven nights. To review current availability and how to book a condominium using this program, go to the Armed Forces Vacation Club website. After reading information about the program, click on “Available Resorts” and then review the list of currently available resorts by state or country. There are more than 150 screens of resorts in the United States that are currently listed. To get specific information about a particular resort, just click on the name of the resort and a screen will appear with pictures of the resort grounds and a typical resort condo at the complex, along with a list of available amenities at the location. The web site is updated each morning. Because the program is strictly space available, the majority of resorts are listed within 10 to 14 days of arrival.

Other well-known resorts offering year-round special values include Keystone Resorts in Colorado (Breckinridge, Arapahoe Basin, etc.), Caesars Pocono Resorts in Pennsylvania, and Super Clubs featuring all-inclusive resort packages in Jamaica. The Bahamas and Brazil.

In addition to resort properties, the ITR office can process prepaid reservations at more than 100 leading hotels at locations such as Atlantic City, N.J., Branson, Mo., Las Vegas, Nev., Los Angeles, Calif., New Orleans, La., New York City, and Orlando, Fla., as well as concessionaire lodging at select National Parks, and ocean mountain resort areas in the Northeastern and Northwestern U.S. At some properties the soldier can save more than $100 per night (50 percent-or-more off the standard room rate).

Beginning June 2004 Fort Campbell ITR will be your one-stop travel agency to book cruise and all-inclusive packages. Stop by and checkout the group and special cruise offers.
