Southern favorite hits buffet line at Cole Park Southern Buffet

Due to popular demand, Cole Park Southern Buffet now offers fried catfish daily with all the homemade sides. Other favorites include mashed potatoes, collard greens, fried okra, macaroni and cheese, green beans, cornbread, fruit cobbler, pudding and much more. Buffet meats other than Southern fried catfish change daily and the menu can be viewed below. Cole Park Southern Buffet features a wide variety of down home southern cooking daily. The buffet selections include: meats such as fried catfish, bbq chicken, fried chicken, turkey and gravy, meatloaf, and chicken & dumplings; vegetables such as sweet corn, mashed potatoes, cabbage, green beans, black eyed peas; other favorites like rice and macaroni and cheese; and desserts such as apple cobbler and pudding. The Southern Buffet also features a full soup and salad bar as well as a la carte menu items and a full range of beverages to satisfy anyone's taste.
