Clarksville Schools
The Clarksville-Montgomery
County School System follows federal laws and regulation
implementing
special education. In addition it is subject to the rules
and regulations of the Clarksville-Montgomery County
School Board, the State Board of Education for the State
of Tennessee,
and the Tennessee State Department of Education. While
federal rules and regulations remain consistent from
state to state, those same regulations require each state
to
develop its own set of regulations governing the identification
and service of students with disabilities. The result
of these differences between states may impact the identification
and service of your child. click here for more
