NEWS RELEASE FOR EARLY ENROLLMENT TO ON POST SCHOOLS

The Headquarters for Domestic Dependent Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) has allowed Fort Campbell to extend a waiver for parents to enroll their children at a post school if they know they will be moving on post in 180 school days.  Parents must have a letter from Fort Campbell Family Housing (FCFH) to enable them to enroll in on post schools.

Fort Campbell families eligible for assignment to on post family housing within 180 school days may enroll their children in on post schools under the following conditions:

(1)     Family is on the waiting list for on post housing.

(2)     Assignment to on post family housing is projected within 180 school days.

(3)     Applicant accepts responsibility to transport student to and from school.

Fort Campbell Family Housing will offer 180 school day waivers to eligible applicants as determined by date on wait list and provide applicant with the letter.
