Sink Library has Free Books for Soldiers
Sometimes a good book is the best way to wind down at the end of a stressful day or pass the time during a long wait. While some may prefer a good love story, others need a comedy or even some science fiction to help them escape the daily grind.
Starting now, the R.F. Sink Library is offering free books for Soldiers who are deployed or deploying. These brand new paperback books are organized into Book Kits and will be given out to any Unit with Soldiers deploying or already deployed. These kits contain an assortment of fiction and non fiction books. To get these free book kits for your Unit, send a Unit representative to the R. F. Sink Library at 38 Screaming Eagle Boulevard and the friendly staff will help load the appropriate number of kits into your vehicle. Units who are already deployed can also take advantage of this great program by sending an email to Karen.murphy@us.army.mil and putting "book kit request" in the subject line.
For additional information on the Book Kit Program, contact the R.F.
Sink Library at (270)798-4827.
