Play Production “Wedding Belles”
March 5-7
Dinner 6pm -with the play to follow
Come and see what happens when four garden-club ladies meet a young girl who has come to their little Texas town to marry an infantryman before he ships off for World War II. The women impulsively decide to throw the girl an elaborate wedding, and their lives and friendships are thrown into turmoil as they race to accomplish the nuptials in one frenzied afternoon. Cost of dinner and the play will be $15 for an individual and $25 for couples. The menu will include: barbeque, coleslaw, corn on the cob, baked beans, dessert, coffee and tea.
Talent Contest
March 14
2pm Contestant Meeting/3pm Contest begins
Talent contest where trophies will be awarded to the top two finishers in the following adult categories: vocal, vocal/instrumental (group or soloist), vocal group, vocal duet, dance, instrumental, spoken word, specialty, youth (ages 13-18) and child
(ages 6-12). This will be an excellent opportunity to get some performing time in before the BOSS Talent Competition held later in the spring.
Breakfast With The Easter Bunny
March 20
8am
Join the Easter Bunny for breakfast of pancakes, sausage, juice and milk, participate in a coloring contest and win door prizes all for the low price of $3 for children 12 and under and $5 for those over 12 if tickets are purchased by 17 March. After that ticket prices will increase. Don’t forget to bring your camera so that you can take a picture of your child with the Easter Bunny.
Post Wide Dominos Tournament

Domino tournament that is open to all eligible MWR users. Trophies will be awarded to the top three finishers.
