Estep Wellness Center is a fully focused driving force in the various aspects of wellness. This includes the physical, emotional, social, intellectual, spiritual, occupational and environmental. Estep believes in strength and wellness inside and out. It is this belief that has lead to the employment of staff that inspires and motivates patrons and clients on a daily basis. Different from the seven Physical Fitness Centers on Fort Campbell, Estep is a fee based facility that is a hybrid of health and fitness. The fully equipped fitness center offers a variety of choices for the community to get fit. The wellness center has a co-ed spa area which encompasses a sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and locker rooms.
The cardio room is filled with ellipticals, treadmills, recumbent bikes, row machines and stair climbers to encourage you to reach a healthy heart beat! The vast weight room is a muscle shredding pit stop, fully equipped with a variety of more than 90 strength and resistance training machines and free weights. Estep prides itself on a well maintained aerobics fitness program that offers a variety of classes.
The current schedule showcases an array to choose from. Popular certified instructor lead classes such as Yoga, Zumba® Fitness, Cycle, Total Pump, Tabata, INSANITY®, TRX® and T-N-T can be found here. An exclusive program created at Estep is Boot Camp Xtreme (BCX). This six to eight week intense program consists of the three major fundamentals of fitness: cardio, strength, and agility and is as much physical as it is mental. BCX is offered twice per year with a spring and fall session, limited to 20-30 participants. BCX is not held within the walls of Estep but rather outside in the elements and at various MWR locations.
Estep has a crew of 20+ employees; the majority of whom are trained, skilled and/or certified in some form of fitness such as Personal Training or Group/Specific Fitness. Staff is consistently being trained to industry standards. Estep’s standard of quality is, without a doubt, one of the best offered in its nearly quarter of a century existence. Estep is an ever evolving place for fun fitness. With a fast paced trending culture, it can be hard to keep up, but rest assured Team Estep is progressing in the industry and the community.

Kids On Site Child Care
Estep Wellness Center offers child care services through CYSS Kids on Site for children 6 weeks through 12 years of age to parents that wish to use the wellness center Monday-Friday 8:30am-1:30pm; 4:00-6:30pm and/or Saturday 8:00am-12:30pm. Kids on Site staff are responsible for the child care during the time parents are in the facility. Parents must remain in the facility while children are in KOS care. Estep has a surveillance system that does record the childcare area. This film can be viewed with the proper authority.
Reservations/Cancellations must be made on the CYSS Webtrac website.
The cost is determined based on “All Access” Monthly Membership Pass, purchased at Estep, or as a Drop-In (AFC Benefits do not apply). As a Drop-In parents are required to pay for the time reserved as well as any additional time accrued.
Example: If the average family were to utilize the facility, classes and KOS childcare under the current fees Monday-Friday for 2 hours of childcare with one child. Their total monthly cost for this service would be $185.00.
There will be a $1 per minute late fee accessed for late pick-up. A $4 non-cancellation fee will be charged if parents do not cancel as stated above or are a no-show. Refunds will not be issued for unused reservation time. In order to provide support for all reservations, children must be picked up promptly. Late pick up fee: Family fee of $1.00 per minute; $15.00 maximum, then $ 5.00 for next 45 minutes. This applies to Drop-In as well as “All Access” Monthly Membership Pass Holders.
Love Your Bump (Prenatal): Estep is excited to launch their newest class, Love Your Bump! This unique class is designed to nourish and supplement the expectant Mother’s fitness journey throughout her pregnancy. We are welcoming all trimesters; we only ask that you show proof of physician’s approval. The class format will vary each day to include safe elements of yoga, strength, and cardio.
T-N-T: TNT is for Tight’N’Tone! Come to this shorter class and blast away fat and chisel muscle. You’ll hit every major muscle group while simultaneously burning mega calories. TNT includes high intensity interval training, weight training, intense cardiovascular training, and core work.
Tabata: Tabata interval training is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training. Through a variety of simple, yet intense exercises, each class will blast the calories and provide noticeable results in a short amount of time. Whether your goal is muscle tone, weight loss, or both, this class will provide what you are looking for-NON-STOP ACTION!!
INSANITY®: Unlike traditional, old-school workouts that feature short bursts of maximum intensity with longer periods of rest, INSANITY® flips that formula upside-down. INSANITY® uses MAX Interval Training, which replaces traditional moderate-intensity exercise with maximum-intensity exercise, and trades short intervals of intensity for short periods of rest. Adding high-intensity exercise forces the body to use fast-twitch muscle fibers not normally engaged in cardio exercise. These fast-twitch fibers continue burning fuel even during lower-intensity exercise.
TRX® - Is total body suspension training.TRX® increases total body strength, builds core strength and increase muscular endurance. This class would be appropriate for any fitness level by simply adjusting one’s body to meet an appropriate challenge. Class includes warm up, strength training, and core challenges. The workout will vary week to week building on each other toward functional movements.
Total Pump: Estep’s own! Designed and choreographed by our own instructors. This is an exciting, energetic weight training class that strengthens the entire body, regardless of gender. Class is performed to selected music using free weights, barbells and an aerobic step. You choose your weights based on the exercise and personal goals. This 60 minute workout challenges all your major muscles groups by using the most effective exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. You will tone your muscles and raise your metabolism to burn more calories 24 hours a day, even while you’re sleeping! The coupling of great music and weight choice will inspire your body to get the results you came for-and fast. If you like Body Pump you will love Total Pump!
Cycle: A truly fantastic cardio class. Using stationary spin bikes the instructor simulates an outdoor bike ride that may include: traveling on flat roads, climbing hills, sprinting and jumps. In addition to the high caloric burn the lower body will tone and firm.
Yoga: Estep’s yoga program welcomes and empowers men and women of all fitness and experience levels. Your instructor will guide you through a series of poses that blends physical alignment with breathing techniques. Classes are infused with music, physical instruction, meditation and yoga philosophy, creating an atmosphere to enhance overall wellness. This unassuming, noncompetitive environment encourages you to tailor your yoga practice to suit your goals. Are you seeking to improve flexibility, muscle tone, core strength and balance? Would you like to relieve stress, detoxify and enhance energetic awareness? Our yoga program encourages you to come as you are and take what you need. Estep provides yoga mats and props, but participants may bring their own gear if they prefer.
Power Yoga: This is a faster paced yoga class, with an emphasis on building strength and flexibility. This class is designed to use your own body to tone and sculpt your body through various yoga postures. Sound intimidating? Don't be! Power yoga is for everyone regardless of size, shape, age, and gender or experience level. Come meet the instructor on the mat and be prepared to be challenged mentally and physically!
Cardio Crunk: It’s hip, it’s hot, it’s the latest dance grooves set to the hottest music. Burn up the dance floor and set fat ablaze too! Cardio Crunk blends hip hop and dance moves, making them simple and easy to follow! Anyone can do this! This workout feels more like a night on the town than exercise. Get your sweat on with this high-energy dance workout. Estep instructors break the moves down so they are easy to learn and easy to follow. Join in, get funky and dance, dance, dance!
Bokwa® Fitness: A new and completely different dance based approach to group exercise that is rapidly spreading across the globe. Bokwa® participants draw letters and numbers with their feet while performing an energizing and addictive cardio workout routine. Moving together to today’s most popular music, participants off all ages draw the Bokwa® L, 3, J, K and dozens of other steps.
Zumba® Fitness: This is a Latin-inspired, dance fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movement which creates a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system. This class design combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body in a sassy aerobic/fitness fashion. You will feel like you are at a party rather than a fitness class, this is why Zumba’s theme is “ditch the workout, join the party”.
Zumba® Fitness Toning: Serious body sculpting for party animals. This class offers targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast.

*The Personal Trainers at Estep are health & fitness professionals who perform individualized assessments, and design safe, effective and individualized exercise and conditioning programs which are scientifically valid and based on clinical evidence to clients with no medical or special needs. They provide the guidance to help clients achieve their personal health, fitness and performance goals via the implementation of exercise programs, nutritional recommendations and suggestions in lifestyle modification. They hold a current emergency cardiac care (CPR) certification and respond appropriately in emergency situations. Certified Personal Trainers do not diagnose and/or treat areas of pain or disease and will refer clients to other health care professionals/practitioners when appropriate. They abide by a Code of Professional Conduct at all times.
