The Estep Wellness Center facility encompasses various aspects of wellness-including physical, emotional, social, intellectual, spiritual, occupational and environmental. We believe in strength and wellness inside and out. Our instructors and staff provide the total experience to challenge and inspire your body and mind.

Estep Wellness Center has so much to offer: Free Weights, Strength & Resistance Training Machines, Cardio Machines from Treadmills to Stair Climbers, Sauna, Steam Room, 1,000 Gallon Whirlpool, Personal Training, Group Fitness Classes, Nutrition consultations, Comprehensive Fitness Assessments, Staff certified in exercise physiology, strength training, cardio conditioning, body building, weight loss, nutrition and so much more!
Equipment available includes a wide variety of stationary aerobic machines:treadmills, bicycles, stair climbers, Stair Master Step Mill 700, Versa Climbers, Spinning bikes, plus state-of-the-art elliptical trainers. For strength training, there is a complete selection of state-of-the-art strength training machines including: Cybex, Body Masters, Nautilus, Trotter and Universal. Estep also offers a large free weight area.
Estep Wellness Center is open to all Active Duty, Retirees, National Guard, DoD Civilians, Contractors, Family Members and Guests.
Kids On Site Child Care
Fort Campbell CYSS offers child care services for parents who wish to use the wellness facility Monday-Friday 8:30am-1:30pm
Reservation may be made on the CYSS Webtrac website.
There will be a $1 per minute late fee accessed for late pick-up. A $4 non-cancellation fee will be charged if parents do not cancel 2 hours prior to the start time of the reservation. Refunds will not be issued for unused reservation time.
Payment questions or disputes must be directed to CYSS personnel. This includes refunds. Parent Central Services staff located at 5th Street building 5384 can discuss payment options and answer questions for this hourly service and other hourly options available to parents. Payment options include prepay, and pay online or other locations to make payments.
All children that attend this childcare session must be healthy enough to participate in regular activities.
Staff will follow all CYSS health and safety regulation. Children that exhibit sign of illness will not be admitted.

S T R E T C H: Release all your mid-week worries in this relaxing, restorative class with the intention to dissolve muscle tension and tightness.
Tabata: Tabata interval training is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training. Through a variety of simple, yet intense exercises, each class will blast the calories and provide noticeable results in a short amount of time. Whether your goal is muscle tone, weight loss, or both, this class will provide what you are looking for-NON-STOP ACTION!!
Triple Threat: A superset trio of STRENGTH-designed to sculpt and tone, H.I.I.T.-bouts of cardio to rev up your heart rate for ultimate fat blasting and STEP AEROBICS-rhythm filled choreography to keep you in your energy-burning zone. The perfect combination that tricks up your body to keep your metabolism burning all day long!
Total Body Circuit: a total-body fitness program that uses gravity against the individual’s own body weight. This fast-paced workout will have you sweating from circuit to circuit, developing strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. If you enjoy the intensity of TRX this session will be your new favorite class in no time!
Cycle: A truly fantastic cardio class. Using stationary bikes the instructor simulates an outdoor bike ride that may include: traveling on flat roads, climbing hills, sprinting and jumps. In addition to the high caloric burn the lower body will tone and firm.
PiYo® Strength: PiYo is a unique combination of Pilates mat exercises, Yoga poses, strength conditioning, flexibility and dynamic balance. It is fast paced, low impact, yet challenging high energy workout that is similar to Vinyasa style yoga. In this wonderfully dynamic class you will learn movements that elongate muscles, release tension, improve posture, deepen breath, strengthen the core, visibly improve muscle tone all while burning calories and improving your mind/body connection.
Plyometrics (Plyo): Is an intense style of exercise using jumping, bounding and other high impact exercises that focus on maximizing the stretch reflex of muscles. Aimed at creating a controlled impact with maximum power, Plyometrics bridges the gap between speed and power training. Designed to produce fast, powerful movements this highly effective training can have you shedding the pounds in no time. This intense training should not be done more than once a week.
Latin Step: This workout’s primary focus is coordinated movements on and off the step to increase the fat burn in the lower body while getting the heart rate to least 60 percent of its max. It will consist of a warm up, step aerobics that is Latin inspired, plus a little Zumba and toning exercises.
INSANITY®: Unlike traditional, old-school workouts that feature short bursts of maximum intensity with longer periods of rest, INSANITY® flips that formula upside-down. INSANITY® uses MAX Interval Training, which replaces traditional moderate-intensity exercise with maximum-intensity exercise, and trades short intervals of intensity for short periods of rest. Adding high-intensity exercise forces the body to use fast-twitch muscle fibers not normally engaged in cardio exercise. These fast-twitch fibers continue burning fuel even during lower-intensity exercise.
Total Pump: Estep’s own! Designed and choreographed by our own instructors. This is an exciting, energetic weight training class that strengthens the entire body, regardless of gender. Class is performed to selected music using free weights, barbells and an aerobic step. You choose your weights based on the exercise and personal goals. This 60 minute workout challenges all your major muscles groups by using the most effective exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Get Strong, Get Confident and DIG DEEP. You will tone your muscles and raise your metabolism to burn more calories 24 hours a day, even while you’re sleeping! The coupling of great music and weight choice will inspire your body to get the results you came for-and fast. If you like Body Pump you will love Total Pump!
Turbo Kick®: The ultimate cardiovascular challenge that combines movements, patterns and agility training specific to the sport of kickboxing (includes many forms). A high energy class that keeps your feet moving and heart rate revved. The muscular power gained is priceless.
Kickboxing: A very challenging way to get fit. This class is designed to utilize modified martial arts formats to include boxing to get you moving. This is a no-contact very athletic format to increase endurance, strength, agility, motor skills and flexibility.
Yoga: This is a Yoga format eliminating the spiritual to accommodate the fitness oriented individual. You will learn how to breathe while moving from one pose to the next with fluidity and grace. Yoga can lengthen and strengthen the entire body and increase joint mobility.
Bokwa® Fitness: A new and completely different approach to group exercise that is rapidly spreading across the globe. Bokwa® participants draw letters and numbers with their feet while performing an energizing and addictive cardio workout routine. Moving together to today’s most popular music, participants off all ages draw the Bokwa® L, 3, J, K and dozens of other steps.
Zumba® Fitness: This is a Latin-inspired, dance fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movement which creates a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system. This class design combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body in a sassy aerobic/fitness fashion. You will feel like you are at a party rather than a fitness class, this is why Zumba’s theme is “ditch the workout, join the party”.

*The Personal Trainers at Estep are health & fitness professionals who perform individualized assessments, and design safe, effective and individualized exercise and conditioning programs which are scientifically valid and based on clinical evidence to clients with no medical or special needs. They provide the guidance to help clients achieve their personal health, fitness and performance goals via the implementation of exercise programs, nutritional recommendations and suggestions in lifestyle modification. They hold a current emergency cardiac care (CPR) certification and respond appropriately in emergency situations. Certified Personal Trainers do not diagnose and/or treat areas of pain or disease and will refer clients to other health care professionals/practitioners when appropriate. They abide by a Code of Professional Conduct at all times.
