The Financial Planning provides financial counseling and education for Soldiers, Family Members, Reserve components, retirees and DA Civilians. Classes on Bank Account/ Debit Card Management and Money Management classes are offered weekly on a walk-in basis.
Confidential Financial Counseling
- Financial Planning provides informational services on developing a spending plan, managing personal finances, evaluating assets and liabilities, and improving a client’s ability to perform as an informed consumer.

Family Subsistence Supplemental Allowance (FSSA)
- FSSA is an additional entitlement based on household size and income. If qualified, Soldiers can receive up to $1,100.00 (non-taxable) per month. Soldier or Family member must be certified at Financial Readiness (must provide social security numbers for all members of your household). Certification is done on a walk-in bases.
