We provide personal financial readiness and consumer affairs prevention and education programs for Soldiers, Family Members, Reserve components, DA civilians and Retirees.

We assist unit commanders and leaders in training Soldiers and Family Members in presonal financial readiness to include: the military pay system, checkbook/debit card management, financial responibility, credit reporting, savings, investing, and a host of other financial topics.

Army Emergency Relief (AER)

Army Emergency Relief (AER) is a private, non-profit organization established to assist Soldiers and their Family members in emergency financial situations due to no fault of their own. Consumer Affairs Office (CAO)

The Consumer Affairs Office provides assistance with pre-purchase advise on large purchases and vehicle purchasing. CAO will review any type of contract for vehicle, rental property, warranty, insurance and investments. CAO encourages consumers to have all contracts reviewed prior to signing.
