WELCOME

The New Parent Support Program is a voluntary prevention and education program that is designed to promote healthy family living through classes, support groups and home visits.

Army families who are expecting a child or who have children ages birth to three are eligible to participate free of charge in all services offered.  New Parent Support Program Brochure

EXPECTANT PARENT WORKSHOP

This class is very important to get your pregnancy off to a good start. You will learn valuable information about basic infant care, infant massage, parenting skills, safety, community resources and much more.

PLAYMORNINGS

This wonderful, fun get together is an interactive playgroup to assist parents
in learning developmentally appropriate play techniques and to help children
improve their social, cognitive, and motor skills

What can NPSP do for me?

Our professional staff provides supportive and caring services to military Families that are pregnant, or with children through the age of three years. They can talk about your concerns as a parent or parent-to-be, and help you learn to cope with stress, isolation, pre-deployment questions, post deployment reunions and everyday demands of parenthood in the privacy of your home. To schedule a home visit, please call 270-956-3850 or e-mail the NPSP staff at npsp@fortcampbellmwr.com.

What if I already have children?

You do not have to be a first time parent to participate in the program! Army Families that are pregnant or with children through the age of three years are eligible for NPSP services.

Is there a cost for services?

All services and classes are free of charge to any active, retired or dependant with a military ID card.

I live off post, can I still receive services?

Yes, NPSP provides services to all military families living on and off post

Do I have to participate in home visits in order to attend classes?

No, you don’t have to participate in home visits to attend classes, you’re welcome to participate in any or all services that fit your family needs.
