The Resilience Training is designed to teach the six competencies (Self-awareness, Self-regulation, Optimism, Mental Agility, Strength of Character and Connection) that help build and/or enhance resilience. The Resilience Training enables the participants to grow and thrive in the face of challenges and bounce back from adversity.
