MWR Spouse Discounts
Who is Eligible to Receive an MWR Spouse Deployment Discount Card:
- Dependant Family Members of Soldiers with DEPLOYED orders, Survivors of Fallen Warriors, and Dependant Family Members of Wounded Warriors/WTU receive Mission Level 1 support.
- Dependant Family Members of Soldiers with TDY orders (90-179 days), Temporary Change of Station (TCS) orders, and PCS (unaccompanied) receive Mission Level 2 support.
- Any legally appointed guardian appointed to care for your child during deployment is eligible for the Mission Level category that is assigned to the Soldier. Children are eligible for CYSS discounts.
- If you are divorced, the deployed Soldier’s dependant children are still eligible for discounts at bowling, and CYSS.
- Spouses from 160th and 5th Group must bring a copy of an alert roster, chain of concern, or phone tree with a current date and identifying logo for those units. This list is only used for verification, it is not kept by MWR.
- Rear Detachment Cadre receive Mission Level 3 support in CYSS only.
Current discounts include:
- Hooper Bowling –Free shoe rental when you bowl before 4pm weekdays.
- Cole Park Golf Club –50 % off greens fees, with a cart rental, weekdays only-excludes DONSAs & holidays.
- Air Assault Auto – (1) free month of storage, free safety inspection
- Arts and Crafts –free framing class, free woodshop safety class, ceramics pouring class & 6 free daily use fees.

Child, Youth & School Services Deployment Discounts
CYSS Discounts and Requirements Mission Level 1
CYSS
- Free respite childcare, up to 16 hours (per child, per month), to include Friday Night Out, and Super Saturdays. Starting 30 days before and extending until 90 days after deployment.
- 20% discount on your current CYSS childcare fees
- $2 hourly care, per child. Reservations are required.
- Free hourly care for support group meetings.
- Free Kids on Site! Care for mandatory deployment meetings, and FRG meetings.
- Free hourly group care for all attendees of a memorial service for a Fallen Soldier.
CYSS Youth Sports
- Up to $100 value of team or individual sports per child, per deployment
CYSS SKIESUnlimited
- Up to $300 value for SKIESUnlimited classes, per child, during deployment.
CYSS Requires
- A copy of the Soldier’s deployment orders (If orders say “see attached list,” the list must be attached).
- Child(ren) to be registered with CYSS.
